A hybrid role of technical support of product, processes and control environment including testing and documentation.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with individual teams on strengthening documentation, ensuring links to Laws, Rules and Regs, performing QA/QC and procedure refresh
- Participate in change management including but limited to testing, documentation both independent duties and supporting the relevant team

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
- Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
- Knowledge of Operational Risk, change management and independent projects
