Station Earth is looking for a customer service provider to join us as a member of our team. Their roles and responsibilities will include:

- Support our sales & service team in securing new residential and commercial business, as well as support our base of existing customers;
- Preparing quotes and pre-qualifying potential clients;
- Establish and develop mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients;
- First point of contact for inbound leads;
- Assist in prospecting for new clients;
- Provide support to the outside sales team in winning contracts;
- Prepare and maintain client related documents through our established process guidelines;
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product lines, services, and customer needs through training and research (in house and offsite vendor training provided);
- Product sourcing, procurement and warehouse management;
- Parts staging for quoted and service jobs;
- Complete closeout documentation and follow up with clients;
- Provide general office administrative support as required;
- Self-motivated, able to work independently;
- Good written and verbal communication skills, succinct and clear;
- Good computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite;
- Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude;
- Administrative experience is required;
- Customer service experience is required;
- Sales experience an asset;
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work both individually and as part of the team;
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution experience, ability to quickly prioritize demands;
- Responsive and patient, with a friendly demeanor;
- Experience in the home integration field favoured.
