**Painter / Crew Member - J&B Quality Painters**

**Compensation**: $22-$33/hr + Bonus Pay

What You’ll Do
- Deliver **5-star client experiences** on interior and exterior jobs
- Keep tools, van, and job sites organized and clean
- Communicate clearly with crew leads and team members
- Finish on time, with mínimal touch-ups or callbacks

What We’re Looking For
- **1-4 years of painting experience**:

- Reliable, on time, and **takes ownership**:

- Coachable, open to feedback, and a fast learner
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
