**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Event Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of the UPLIFT Women's Business Summit. As the Event Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event management, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience for our attendees. Your creative vision, organizational skills, and attention to detail will be crucial to the success of the summit.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a comprehensive event plan, including logistics, budgeting, and timelines

Coordinate with various stakeholders, such as speakers, sponsors, vendors, and venue management

Manage event registration, ticketing, and effective communication with attendees

Oversee the creation and implementation of event marketing and promotional strategies

Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, audiovisual setup, catering, and transportation

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content and materials for the summit

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for the event

Provide on-site event management, including problem-solving and troubleshooting

Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience in event management, preferably in organizing large-scale conferences or summits

Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative event concepts and experiences

Proficient in event management software and tools

Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build effective relationships with stakeholders

Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as required during peak event periods

**Salary**: $13.62-$28.59 per hour
