Bilingual Archiving Specialist
**Location**: 2500 Rue Einstein, Quebec City

Job responsibilities
- Maintains timetable for routine archiving.
- Identifies and collects study-related files to be archived.
- Maintains documentation for tracking of archived data.
- Manages activities for disseminating documents to authorized employees, clients and regulatory bodies.
- Manages the internal archiving process and the external shipment of archived documents.
- Coordinates the return and/or disposal of records.
- Participates in RIM-related training events as needed
- Begins to build relationships with key business partners
- Performs other duties as assigned by Associate Director, RIM.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma; or equivalent education and experience. Some experience providing specialized administrative support.
- Experience in RIM or related field such as Library Science, preferably in life sciences industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships and working relationships.
- Working knowledge of electronic document management systems, databases, and other Information Technology systems is preferred.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
