We are currently hiring for a **full-time Client Service Associate** to join our team in **Burlington**.

**Position Overview**

**What You Will Do**
- Taking a team approach, support our Advisors with day to day inquiries and any specific requests for assistance
- Provide support to other departments as required
- Process financial transactions related to dealer activity
- Work on project specific tasks relating to procedural updates

**You Will Bring**
- Work experience providing client service in the investment, banking or related industries
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Team Player with friendly personality and strong communication skills
- Proven ability to manage high volumes with a positive and professional attitude
- Financial services/investment dealer experience is an asset
- Industry related academic experience (ex. CSC, CPH) is an asset
