D&D Game Master for Online Youth Campaigns

**About Us**:
We are an innovative online learning platform dedicated to providing engaging science and technology education to students aged 7-18. Our mission is to inspire the next generation of coders, game developers, and digital innovators through interactive, game-based learning experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead ongoing D&D 5th Edition campaigns for youth players
- Create and manage engaging storylines and quests
- Facilitate player interaction and character development
- Adapt game content to be age-appropriate and educational
- Encourage problem-solving, communication, and imaginative thinking
- Provide guidance on rules and game mechanics as needed
- Manage session scheduling and player attendance
- Create a safe and inclusive gaming environment

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience as a Dungeon Master, particularly with D&D 5th Edition
- Excellent storytelling and improvisational skills
- Experience working with middle and high school-aged youth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage groups and maintain a positive, engaging atmosphere
- Familiarity with a wide range of D&D source materials
- Flexibility to adapt campaigns based on player choices and interests
- Background check required

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in education or youth mentoring
- Knowledge of educational gaming techniques
- Familiarity with homebrew content creation
