**About the Role**

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) of Rashmi’s Bakery. This full-time position (30+ hours/week) goes beyond the counter—you’ll assist with orders, support cake decorating, and help keep our store running smoothly. **Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers with orders, pickups, and inquiries
- Enter orders into our computer system accurately
- Support cake decoration tasks like printing edible photos and preparing accessories
- Prepare and package cakes, pastries, and baked goods
- Maintain stock levels and organize front-of-store displays
- Keep the store, equipment, and utensils clean and organized
- Work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Assist with other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors

**What We’re Looking For**
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or bakery settings is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5C 1T7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
