**The Position**:
We’re looking for a great Project Manager for our construction, sprinkler installation projects. Whether you’re a more experienced project manager looking to work for a great employer and continue refining your skills or a Project Manager with the solid basics and willing to grow with us. We’ve got the team where you can make a significant contribution and still grow professionally. This role will act as the point person for daily interaction with the client and all stakeholders involved in the execution of the project. If you enjoy building relationships, have a passion for customer service, and excellent attention to detail, this may be the role for you

**What You Will Do**:

- Project Manage all aspects of the installation of sprinkler systems based on client contract, project specifications this includes the prework of supporting estimating, coordinating design initial project planning for proposals through to contract and then managing the project in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate work with design, fabrication and installation teams
- Coordinate with General Contractor and/or Customer to meet deadlines and project schedule
- Order specialty material as needed and participate in fabrication requests for projects
- Review change documents and participate in pricing changes
- Communicate with all stakeholders (internal office, installers, external - clients, etc.) in terms of extras, change notices, and scheduling needs
- Assist with customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience
- Appropriately supporting, training and equipping field team members for their development and best in class operations, client services
- Prepare new projects with estimators and coordinate kick off tasks
- Coordinate testing with the installation crew and applicable parties and ensure all close out documents are obtained
- Develop and establish strong working relationships with the general contractors and owners
- Provide details of the completed jobs to the sales team to price the annual inspections
- Assist with training and development of junior project team members, including Sprinkler Fitters
- Participate, follow and model organizational safety training and programs; coach and set safety expectations on projects that creates a culture of safety
- Perform hydrant flow tests utilizing equipment provided

**What You Bring**:

- Relevant industry experience, preferably in a sprinkler and fire protection industry
- Project management experience demonstrating exceptional project management skills; PMP certification or working towards an asset
- Extensive knowledge of NFPA, and UCLA codes necessary
- Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Client centered with excellent customer service skills
- Previous knowledge and working experience with Fire protection Sprinkler System and Design preferred
- Understanding of drawing levels, references files, various CAD tools, scaling, dimensioning and cross-sectional interpolations
- Demonstrated initiative, ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and focus in a dynamic environment
- Ability to problem solve, prioritize, and get things done - accurately, on time & budget
