**Overall job objectives**
Supervisor is the second in command to the success of Hinnawi Bros Bagel & Café Store. He will be responsible for aiding the Manager in all aspects of the business operations and to step in as an outlet crew when faced with a shortage in manpower.
**Core responsibilities**
- Involve in the day-to-day operations of outlets, from standing in as an outlet crew during times of manpower shortage to the management of outlets.
- Ensure outlets deliver optimal and excellent standards customer experience.
- Assist in the review of customers’ feedbacks, complains and compliments, and propose ways for improvement.
- Assist in recruitment and selection; to ensure sufficient manpower in meeting day-to-day operations.
- Ensure that outlets are trained and equipped with the right customer skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure that multiple outlets adhere to Bagels & Café policies and standards, such as uniforms, punctuality, grooming and etc.
- Assist in the monitoring of outlets’ performance to maximize sales and service potential.
- Assist in the weekly scheduling of manpower for each outlets.
- Responsible for handling and banking in of daily sales, petty case, change, float and
distribution of monthly sales incentives.
- Report and mediate workplace conflict.
- Assist in setting up ad-hoc promotions from time to time.
- Involve in research and development of products.

**Job specifications**
- Experience in managing outlets or fast food chain restaurant.
- Knowledge and skills in F&B business, management principles and practices.
- Sales driven, people and service orientated with a strong passion in the F&B industry.
- Fun and energetic personality with positive attitude to serve with customer delight.
- Willing to work shifts, long hours.
- Ability to management and lead a group of Bagels & Café Store
**Salary**: $14.25 per hour
