Banquet Supervisor

We are looking for a talented Banquet Supervisor to be apart of our Banquet department. If you are interested in event planning, increasing sales and a chance to grow your career in one of Canada's top hospitality groups this is the role for you

As a Banquet Supervisor you have the opportunity to develop and mentor our growing team and be a brand ambassador in your community. You will work along side our Banquet Manager with clients to build their event, while ensuring your team provides flawless execution. You are responsible to assist the Banquet Manager to achieve financial goals, and ensure the Banquet team is operating at the highest level in accordance to our brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting the Banquet Operations of the restaurant/hotel at an excellent level while maintaining and abiding by all standards, policies and/or procedures set forth by our company
- Providing leadership, training, and mentorship for our banquet team
- Identifying skill and leadership potential in your crew and developing those exceptional individuals into advancement roles within our company
- Banquet event execution and managing quality assurance
- Assist in managing clients and customer service.
- Banquet Inventory planning and labor control
- Expert scheduling
- Attending weekly BEO meetings with the Chef to ensure culinary excellence

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$54,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond, BC V6X 2M9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Supervising: 2 years (required)
