About the Role:
Axiom Builder's rental division Greywolf Equipment is currently looking for an Accounting Specialist. This individual will play a vital role in supporting the Divisions rapid expansion. Greywolf Equipment offers equipment rentals, sales, and service to the construction industry with an emphasis on Axiom/Bosa construction sites.
- Ensure Grey Wolf’s partners are paid on time and in full based on account statements;
- Prepare monthly financial statements using the trial balance: income statement, balance sheet and a cashflow statement;
- Reconcile key GL accounts that will be asked for by auditing teams and management;
- Collaborate with corporate accounting to provide data for consolidated financials;
- Review incoming and outgoing invoices, payments, and credit cards and weigh in on the company’s cash positions;
- Provide variance reports on costs, performance metrics, sales / insurance reports, while maintaining and updating / forecasting budgets.

What you Bring:
Greywolf Equipment's ideal Accounting Specialist is a fast learner who works accurately, in a results-oriented environment. This person will have to work both individually and as part of a team to ensure smooth running of daily business. We are looking for someone who excels at interpersonal relations and has a positive attitude when challenges present themselves, as Greywolf is on a rapid growth trajectory.
- At least one to two (1-2) years of experience in an accounting role;
- Currently active or planning to pursue your CPA designation is an asset;
- Comfortable with accurately processing and analyzing moderate volumes of data and archiving said data digitally/manually;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written/verbal) skills at different levels of the business;
- Proficient with Excel in order to customize existing software-generated reports;
- Driven to be in a digital and paper-free environment via efficiency processes and use of PDFs;
- Experience with Rental ERPs or Comprehensive ERPS will be considered an asset.
