**Role and Responsibilities** This role’s main function is to execute project management tasks to support to the Civil business unit on the delivery of post-delivery projects, services and spares. Execute and leads the business measurements analysis and reporting of the business unit, provides recommendations to stakeholders enabling the team in their decision making. - Executes processes that supports the stakeholders (Business Project Specialist,, Logistic Support Planner and Management) in the decision-making, in planning, controlling and monitoring of the project activities: - Leads project authorization process with finance - Liaise with Business Project Specialist and Finance to set up projects and budget - Executes all project Initiation, set up and Closures - Support resolution of complex project activities - Executes project and portfolio business financials cycle, provides reports and recommendation to stakeholders: - Execute the project review cycle process. - Identify discrepancies and evaluate impacts. - Analyze and validate budget changes. - Manage the project forecasts with Business Project Specialist. - Analysis portfolio review cycle (PRC) and recommends way forward - Identifies discrepancies and recommends a way forward - Prepare, process Customer Change Orders (CCO) - Creation of Purchase Order (PO) - Budget Transfers PRC related activities - Review financial impact of the portfolio and provide recommendations - Topsheet signature and comments extract from planisware - Assist financial analysts during PRC review meetings - Participate and recommend improvement initiatives - Assist team members to resolve difficult, complex, or unusual financial situations - Support training activities - Investigate charge numbers **Position Type** Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
