Royal Lepage Nanaimo Realty Gabriola is seeking a well-rounded energetic individual to fill a part time Administrator position for our small real estate office. This individual must be comfortable working independently and must be co-operative, communicative, patient, methodical and pay attention to detail.
This position is front of office so having an ability to communicate with the public as well as the REALTORS® in the office is a must.
Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:
*Managing a multi-line phone system
*Transcribing and delivering/paging messages
*Receiving and distributing mail and courier packages and processing outgoing mail
*Greeting clients and the public politely and courteously
*Processing listings including reviewing contracts and supporting documents
*Maintaining office supply inventory
*Keeping the office tidy and clean in between the Janitor's visits
*Assisting the REALTORS® with copiers and office processes when necessary
*Receiving deposits and preparing deposit slips
All resumes will be reviewed and the ones with real estate experience, LoneWolf Software products and/or Matrix experience will be given preference.
**This is a part time position with shifts available fridays (9-5) and saturdays (10-4).**
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
