**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on best practices.
- Manage front desk activities including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate vendor management tasks, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Assist with budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports as needed.
- Maintain phone systems, ensuring efficient communication within the office.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and compliance with company policies.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation to support various departments.

**Qualifications**
- Graduation is minimum required.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office environment.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting is preferred.
- Experience with training development programs is a plus.
- Proficient in using office software like Quickbooks, Sage etc and phone systems to enhance productivity.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
