**Sales Specialist**
**Reports to**:Sales Manager
**Job Summary**:
The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales and customer acquisition for arkona appliances. This position will work closely with the Sales Manager and Account Managers to help achieve company sales goals.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a monthly strategy to increase lead generation and sales through all channels of marketing.
- Manage all aspects of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) as well as any other digital platforms that may be used.
- Assist with the development of new products and services for the company.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Ability to learn new programs quickly is a must.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, work independently, and effectively manage time are critical in this position.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and courtesy are required. Ability to work at all levels of the organization without fear or hesitation is required.
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
