AM Legal Services Professional Corporation is a Traffic Ticket Law Firm specializing in 80% Traffic Law and 20% Criminal Law.
We are currently looking to hire a Office Assistant to the President, preferably someone from within our industry or have at least some legal experience.
Recent graduates from the Law clerk or office Administrative Diploma programs will be definitely be considered for an interview.
This is a routine position where answering phone calls will be required throughout the day, as well as contacting the court to obtain information for the Paralegals and Lawyers in the firm. You will also be responsible to locate files and update all files as clients call in throughout the day
This is an extremely high pressure-fast paced environment where you MUST be able to multitask.
You will be on the computer during your entire shift. This will be a desk position in a closed environment within the office. However, for your safety. you will have NO direct contact with our clients.
In return, we offer (in writing) a salary review every 90 days of employment well as employee benefits ( dental and medical) after 90 days of employment.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
**Salary**: $17.00-$24.00 per hour
