**How You’ll Spend Your Time**

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable with physical labor and handling cleaning equipment.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in cleaning or maintenance (preferred but not required).
- Must be reliable and punctual.

**What you’ll bring**
- **Window Cleaning**: Wash and maintain windows for properties
- **Sweeping & General Cleanup**: Keep outdoor areas clean, including, walkways, and common spaces.
- **Exterior Maintenance**: Perform tasks such as power washing, debris removal, and minor landscaping duties, small painting jobs
- **Assist Team Members**: Support other workers with various outdoor cleaning projects as needed.
