- Representing Peller Estates Winery, Thirty Bench Winemakers, Trius Winery and Wayne Gretzky Estates Winery & Distillery, our Wine Country Concierge (WCC) team is our guests first impression of wine country. _

**_ We are recruiting for our Wine Country Concierge, Front Lobby (Guest Relations) _**

**_This teammate will be accountable for: _**
- Daily set up of property Concierge stations; including reviewing and understanding of all internal reservations system reports and daily property events.
- Greets and directs all guests on property, including selling and upselling guest itineraries, including live booking using internal reservations systems and working knowledge of all properties experiences, dining and event programming.
- Achieves/exceeds assigned daily sales targets, including Wine Club memberships.
- Responds to telephone and electronic guest inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Attends respective property pre-shift meetings to understand and share flow of the day.
- Follows safe work procedures/practices; reports any unsafe working conditions/hazards to assigned Manager on Duty
