Plumbing Foreman

**WE ARE MAKING IT HAPPEN AGAIN AND SEEKING A PLUMBING FOREMAN/LEAD HAND. THIS IS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO OVERSEE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN THE FIELD.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the work of plumbers and employees to ensure projects are completed on time and within a given budget
- Evaluate site and customer requests.
- Communicate with clients about project status and any issues that may arise during construction.
- Review blueprints and building codes and specifications to determine work details and procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate work crews to ensure that projects stay on schedule and on budget.
- Inspect plumbing systems to ensure that they are functioning properly.
- Supervising the installation of plumbing fixtures when needed.
- Coordination with other Project Managers to work together efficiently and effectively.
- Train, supervise and motivate employees for efficiency of the operation.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a licensed plumber
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines always
- Work as part of a team
- Current/valid driver’s license
- Criminal Clearance
- Critical thinking
- Judgment and decision making
- Active listening
- Able to follow directions
