Junior Instrumentation and Controls Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation and control systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with instrumentation and control systems
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on instrumentation and control systems
- Assist in the calibration and testing of instrumentation and control systems
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers on projects
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed

Qualifications:

- 2+ Years experience with AB, Siemens or other PLCs or
- 2+ Years experience with AutoCAD or
- 2+ Years experience with Robotics programming
- Associate's degree in Instrumentation and Control, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Must have valid G license and own vehicle
- MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO US.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burlington, ON L7L 6A5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)

Work Location: In person
