**Role Qualifications**:

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Project Coordinator must support Project Managers division throughout the duration of the project, under their supervision.
- Learn and study Project Management procedures and practices to better assist the team.
- Ability to assist and handle project management from acquisition of contract through. close-out (such as RFI's, submittals, change orders, punch lists and close-out docs).
- Track, receive, review, forward and distribute submittal’s responses to APM and above.
- Assist in management of project permit process.
- Update construction schedule based on project team input.
- Track and inspect material deliveries.
- Assist in preparation of contract items list.
- Assist in project’s close-out.
- Assist in monitoring field work per project and keep them informed of any changes per project.
- Assist to ensure that subcontractors understand scope of work and schedules.
- Create PO forms and send to vendors as necessary.
- Create quote requests and send to vendors/subcontractors as necessary.
- Prepare for project’s handover meetings.
- Schedule and record meeting minutes from the weekly PM meetings.

**Experience**:

- Prefer 1 ~ 2+ years of construction experience.
- Prefer the ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, structural drawings, shop drawings and all schedules as to understand architectural intent.
- Prefer experience with utilizing project management software, spreadsheets and estimating software.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
