ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:

- Main point of contact for the field sales team and customers
- Provide daily support to the internal sales team and independent sales contractors
- Contribute to the successful preparation and ongoing review of annual sales targets and departmental budgets
- Analyze the performance of sales for customers, trade classes and territories regularly
- Assist with the creation of new customers
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of customer program files
- Maintain all relevant files and databases accurately
- Responsible for our B2B website as it pertains to the sales department
- Maintain dealer locator information for company B2C websites
- Generate and distribute reports to management, independent contractors, and customers
- Assist with product assortment proposals for accounts as outlined by the VP Sales
- Create presentations and materials for meetings between the sales team and customers
- Prepare presentations for internal executive level meetings
- Process and administer sales incentive programs, communicate to sales force and customers
- Assist with processing commissions for independent sales contractors
- Assist with the coordination of National Sales Meetings, typically held twice each year
- Assist with product planning functions, forecast product as applicable to trade classes, customers, product types

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong computer skills are necessary.
- The ability to analyze and manipulate data to retrieve relevant information and present to management in an organized and easy to interpret manner
- Must possess the ability to multi-task, to work on several projects simultaneously
- This employee may interact with accounts in person. A polished professional appearance and attitude is required to succeed in this role
- Excellent language skills, both written and spoken, for communication with customers
- Preference will be given to those who are fluent in French
- Flexibility in terms of hours of work, recognizing that there will be a need for overtime
- Must be a quick learner, proactive, pay attention to detail, and enjoy a busy environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
