Join our team and be our new **Total Rewards Specialist**. As our new Total Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and carrying out the daily operations of all benefits, pension, rewards, and disability programs at Prospera.

**What you’ll do**:

- Research, design, propose, communicate, and implement a leading return to work experience for disability management, including developing strategies to streamline disability management process.
- Lead and support the planning of annual all employee flexible benefits enrolment which involves reviewing benefits and rate changes, coordinate, and draft communications, and conduct presentations to stakeholders on any plan changes.
- Lead the Pension plan preparation of quarterly pension committee meeting, which includes scheduling preparation meetings with key PX stakeholders and gathering all required documents.
- Leads the annual Total Rewards Statement development, communication, and delivery.
- Proactively seek out benchmarking data on best practices and modern programs and policies, prepare and present business cases for program revisions, as required.
- Monitor program utilization, proactively making the connection between utilization and opportunities that exist in our programs.

**What you bring**:

- 5 years demonstrated experience related to Total Rewards Programs (benefits, pension, rewards, policies, etc.) is required.
- Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline (an asset).
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist certification (an asset).
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills and able to work with cross functional teams across HR.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, assertiveness, resourcefulness, and a self-motivation.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and able to meet deadlines.
