**Job Description**:
1. Experience working with seniors in the long term care services setting 2. Knowledgeable of the principles and philosophy of long term care. 3. Must possess strong written and oral communication skills. Utilizes communication skills effectively to establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, co-workers and the public. 4.Demonstrated organizational and time management skills 5. Strong interpersonal and customer focus skills 7. Must have demonstrated and sound skills and knowledge of providing service 8. Experience in LTC Housekeeping requirements and routines could be an asset 9. Mentally and physically able to perform duties safely without injury to self, co-workers or residents. 10. Maintains confidentiality in all matters relating to the facility, residents and families. 11. Satisfactory work record is required. 12. Must be able to communicate, understand and write in English
