**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete cleaning tasks effectively.
- Conduct facilities maintenance as needed, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning needs or concerns.
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary, including moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Maintain an organized cleaning supply inventory and report any shortages or needed supplies.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and custodial practices.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
