We are looking for an intelligent and energetic Server who also has experience with Customer Service to join our busy and fast-paced team. This is a blended position with serving in a fast-paced bar and also working a few hours a week on our customer service team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide table service at the bottle shop with excellent hospitality and knowledge.
- Address customer concerns in a polite, professional manner.
- Help customers with billing questions and problems.
- Answer customer questions about products and services.
- Provide information on various products and services to customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
