**Job Overview**

As an **independent technician**, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality eyelash extension services while growing your own client base. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants the freedom to run their own beauty business while receiving marketing support in a professional spa setting.

**Duties**
- **Provide high-quality eyelash extension services**, ensuring safety and adherence to industry standards.
- **Market your services** to attract new clients through social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and word-of-mouth.
- **Communicate effectively with clients** to understand their preferences and recommend suitable eyelash styles.
- **Maintain a clean and organized workspace**, following proper sanitation protocols.
- **Manage your own bookings** and build long-term relationships with clients.
- **Promote additional beauty services and retail products** to enhance client experience and increase revenue.
- **Stay updated on the latest eyelash extension trends** to provide informed recommendations to clients.

**Qualifications**

✔ **Certified Eyelash Technician** with at least **2 years of experience**
✔ Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
✔ Experience with **social media marketing** (Instagram, TikTok) to promote your services
✔ Ability to provide additional services such as **brow lamination, tinting, or microblading etc.** is a plus
