We are currently looking for a **Payroll Clerk **to join our team in **Waterloo, ON.**

**Position Summary**:
This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payroll processing and year end reporting, assuring compliance with all applicable federal and provincial regulations and company policies.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Processes the bi-weekly payroll for a corporate group of companies.
- Resolves payroll-related issues/inquiries; maintains accurate employee records; issues ROE’s and employment verification letters as required.
- Processes year end T4s and reconciliations
- Maintains databases for vacation tracking and benefit deductions.
- Administers source RSP contributions.
- Answers inquiries from employees regarding such items as pay, vacation, benefits
- Administers Safety purchase programs such as Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of payroll experience
- PCP certification or in progress considered an asset but is not required.
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office.
- Must have great attention to detail and be organized.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
