**Job Summary**

As an Internal Sales Agent (ISA), you will play a key role in generating and nurturing leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients for our sales agents. Your focus will be on prospecting, building relationships, and converting leads into appointments for our agents. If you’re a proactive communicator with a passion for connecting with people, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads lists.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule appointments for agents.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
- Follow up consistently to nurture long-term leads.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
