**PDI Bulk is looking for a CSR - Customer Service / Account Representative for our Guelph location**

**What you’ll do as the Customer Service Rep / Account Rep**:
- Process orders in a fast-paced environment
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
- Work with customers to resolve shipping inquiries and order status questions
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Ability to stay organized
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- 3 years customer service experience preferred
- Experience in TMW, Synergize & PeopleNet programs preferred
- MS Office mid to high experience
- Should have the ability to efficiently and effectively manage time and carry out tasks required
- Bilingual an asset 100% fluent in English (read, speak, write)
- Knowledge of SAP an asset
**Shift Hours**:
- 8:30am-5:00pm
- Monday-Friday
- Subject to change
