**Shifts hours are 4:00pm-7:30pm, including every other weekend**
- Empathy for and understanding of the needs of the elderly and/or disabled
- Exceptional communication skills; both oral and written
- Initiative, good judgment, patience
- Reliable & committed with attendance
- Must be mature and possess the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with residents, staff and visitors
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Open to picking up shifts for sick calls and vacation coverage

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides polite, friendly initial face-to-face and telephone contact with visitors
- Warmly welcomes and orients new residents, family and guests
- Responds positively to inquiries from potential residents, family members and guests
- Answers all incoming telephone calls

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 3.5-7 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
