**About the role**:
We are looking for a passionate digital marketing specialist to join the JOVACO team. You will be responsible for developing our online presence, generating qualified B2B leads, and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our clients and partners through various digital channels in Canada, the United States, and internationally.

By joining our team, you will contribute to the evolution and the promotion of the JOVACO brand and our partnership with Microsoft.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop digital content for social media in collaboration with internal teams
- Manage online communities and interact proactively with our clients and partners
- Conduct active monitoring of the IT industry, competitors, new trends and innovations, and emerging technologies to integrate them into digital marketing strategies
- Optimize websites with SEO best practices, analyze their performance, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
- Support the marketing team in the website redesign and the development of marketing materials
- Promote JOVACO’s culture through employee engagement initiatives (team-building activities, recognition programs, and other events)

**Qualifications and skills**:
**EDUCATION**
- University degree (Certificate, Bachelor’s) in marketing or any other related field
- _**EXPERIENCE**
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing in the digital and technology products sector.

**SKILLS**
- Familiarity with Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and a CRM tool;
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office) tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) (an asset);
- Familiarity with video editing software (an asset);
- Alignment with JOVACO’s values of agility: Authenticity, Humanism, Reliability, Know-How;
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage various priorities;
- Ability to take initiative and propose creative solutions;
- Team spirit and collaboration;
Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English).
