**Overview**:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all equipment throughout the RSC. Actively contribute to a positive and productive working environment.
- Coordinate maintenance of building services to maintain continuity of operations, minimize disruption to organizational activities and continually improve the sustainability of building operations
- Conduct minor trouble shooting and possible repairs to dock levelers, trailer restraints, dock doors, heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and lighting systems
- Arrange for contractors to come onsite when necessary; Help direct building and equipment major maintenance/repair, including ordering of parts
- Daily cleaning of the facility interior and exterior; Maintain sanitization cleaning schedule Duties include but not limited to: removal of garbage/recycling, cleaning rest rooms, common areas and warehouse floor)
- All other duties as required or assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Skilled in the use of power/hand tools
- Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Able to work in variable temperature conditions
- 3 years’ experience in performing building maintenance
- High School Diploma
