Gabriel's Cafe is looking for a shift supervisor to lead our front of house team.

This is a counter service position. Serving it Right and Food Safe are required. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Very generous tips.

Lead servers work under the supervision of the General Manager and are responsible for:

- counting and balancing tills
- Handling customer complaints
- Training new servers
- Troubleshooting minor day to day issues
- Communicating between kitchen, customers and servers
- Supervising a team of up to 4 servers

Hours of Operation
- 8am-4pm. Shifts starting as early as 7am and ending as late as 530pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Work days:

- Every Weekend
- Holidays
