As the Account Receivable and Office Administration Clerk you will work closely with the company’s bookkeeper and report directly to the General Manager to ensure:

- Payments are accurate and received in a timely fashion.
- Updates are made to accounts receivable using Quickbooks.
- Monthly and miscellaneous sales and AR aging reports are provided and accurate.
- New Projects are accurately reported in the TimeSheet program.
- Office stationery and needs are met.

Primary duties
- Invoicing
- General accounts receivable correspondence with clients.
- Send payment reminders.
- Call clients about delinquent payments.
- Accounts Receivables Reconciliation.
- Entering new projects into the timesheet program.
- Receiving Visa payments.
- Issuing cert of insurance and WCB letters to clients.
- Payment verification and updates to Quickbooks.
- Monthly Sales Volume reports and AR Aging.

Secondary duties
- Ensure stationary is stocked including printer paper and ink.
- Order business cards as required.
- Carry out organizational tasks as required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 - 22.5 per week

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
