Clinic Administrator/ Client Experience Coordinator

NeuroChangers is fast paced interdisciplinary clinic with a focus on helping those with neurological and complex orthopaedic conditions.
We are looking to add an energetic, friendly and compassionate front desk administrator/ client experience coordinator to our team.
Job Responsbilities Include:
- communicating with clinic director and clinicians regarding day to day tasks, client scheduling, and clinic operations
- completing billing, following up on accounts receivable processes, and invoicing
- liaison with third party stack holders and insurance companies
- assisting with in-clinic laundry and disinfecting high touch areas
- maintaining up to date client records
- have excellent time management and organization skills
- have excellent communication skills ( both verbal and written)
- be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word,Excel, etc)
- be able to work in a team environment
- be able to work in a fast paced environment
- experience with EHC/ MVA/ WSIB is an asset
- previous experience working with JaneApp is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Everyone entering the clinic will be required to wear a mask or face covering. All surfaces are disinfected after use.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
