We are excited to start the process of finding a true people person with a passion for animals and veterinary medicine. That special someone who has the skills and desire to lead our team and manage our day-to-day operations.
As our new **Hospital Manager**, you are a servant leader and empathy is at the core of every decision you make. Your leadership style must be collaborative and inspiring and your key character traits are HONESTY, RELIABILITY, TRANSPARENCY, and PERSERVERANCE. Overall, you must have the ability to view our team with OBJECTIVITY, without JUDGEMENT and to treat all people with RESPECT and KINDNESS.
