As a full time, employee of Sotawall Limited and Maintenance Associate, you will be working with our maintenance team and sharing responsibility for the ongoing maintenance of all plants, reporting directly to director, maintenance at Brampton, ON.

**Minimum requirements to apply**:

- Minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing setting
- High School Diploma
- Ability to safely perform heavy lifting
- Comfortable with standing for extended periods of time
- Comfortable with working in a dusty environment
- Manual dexterity
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in verbal and written English

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Perform maintenance of facilities including Washrooms repairs, water tap repairs etc in office and all plants
- Stock up cleaning/hygiene materials, washroom supplies, lunch room for office & all plants
- Cleaning the plants, lunch rooms using with cleaning machine
- Clean lunch room tables & chairs
- Help maintenance department as requested or as required
- Weekly outside garbage bins cleanup
- Sanitizers refill
- Glass cleaner tissues, solutions check and refill
- Co-ordination and stock up the supplies
- Attend required training
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and effectively meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a highly organized fashion with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adhere to safety policies, programs, procedures
- Complete health & safety pre-start checklists
- Ensure material and workmanship adhere to defined specifications
- Maintain orderliness of work area/shop floor.
- Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
- Control and maintain inventory of miscellaneous shop supplies
- Good communication skills and desire to work as part of a smaller team
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
