**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Leverage in depth knowledge of data and analytics to mine meaningful value from data locked in enterprise systems and operating environments, public repositories and real-time data generated at the edge of the network. Cocreate (with clients) intelligent automation and predictive analytics powered by responsible artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms, to delight customers, employees, and other stakeholders in new and unexpected ways.
- Lead briefings for clients and prospects at all levels of the organization, regularly demonstrating Application, Data & AI services and features in face to face and virtual settings, gathering detailed client requirements and proposing effective Data & AI-centric technical solutions
- As the lead Data & AI specialist in the pursuit team, collect, validate and vet with customer the deal-specific technical, functional, and nonfunctional requirements. You will develop initial technical solution strategy based upon Kyndryl and partner services/capabilities
- Be responsible for developing solution proposals to include cost cases, deployment timelines, technical/operational dependencies, and architectures and will work closely with delivery teams, project managers to establish client led time lines
- Perform/execute client-facing meetings, RFP oral presentations, quarterly business reviews at client sites, and conduct hands-on solution / Cloud Platform demonstrations. Provide global leadership and representation at key executive meetings.
- Advise/write the technical elements of RFP responses, contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) with respect to the applicable technical scope, integration points, and architectural ramifications
- Develop and maintain client relationships as trusted advisor and thought leader
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with business, channel and alliance partners
- Achieve and maintain appropriate technical certifications in leading cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience - 5-10 years of experience in the IT industry
- Prefer technical sales and/or solution design experience with an emphasis on Data & AI, leading client-facing meetings, performing technical aspects of RFP oral presentations, participating as a Data & AI thought leader in quarterly business reviews at client sites
- Ability to join technical and business requirements into a common discussion, using whiteboarding to demonstrate and co-create client driven solutions.
Experience leading in collecting, validating, vetting with customer the deal-specific technical, functional, and nonfunctional requirements
- Experience architecting/engineering effective Data & AI technical solutions
- Experience developing technical solution proposals, including cost estimates, draft deployment timelines, technical/operational dependencies, draft architectures
- Strong understanding of the public cloud platform competitive landscape, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform and the Data & AI services and capabilities of each
- Experience in conducting hands-on technology demonstrations, solution demonstrations, and/or feature-function walk-throughs with customers in a live in person and/or virtual setting
- Existing technical certification(s) in one or more of the following: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, with an emphasis on Data & AI
**Strong understanding of**:
- Application modernization concepts
- Analytics, data warehousing, data lakes, data fabrics, data management
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) for large scale production environments and/or citizen data scientists
- Automation techniques, tools, products and the role of automation in driving effective modern IT operations containers, container orchestration and related concepts cloud-native DevOps tools resiliency and data security approaches in public cloud / hybrid cloud operating environments **Fundamental understanding of**:
- Networking, to include internet and IP concepts, VPN, VPC
