**About the Opportunity**:
TNC is hiring a qualified Class One Dump Truck Driver for work in and around the Kelowna area. TNC offers full time Monday to Friday employment with opportunities for paid overtime.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Valid class 1 drivers license, with reliable transportation to get to the jobsite
- Clean commercial abstract
- Good communication skills, speaking positively and effectively as needed
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Experience driving; tandem truck, tandem truck and tri axle pup, tandem truck and wagon, tandem truck with tilt deck trailer and tractor with lobed.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Conduct daily inspections on trucks prior to use
- Participate in weekly site meetings
- Follow direction from site supervisor, however can work on own with mínimal supervision
- Able to self load material is an asset
- Ensure trucks are left clean and safe at the end of the day
- Moving equipment using a tilt deck trailer
- Hauling material to site from suppliers
- Accurate reporting of daily time to supervisor via electronic submission
