**Responsibilities**:
**Legal Administrative Support**:

- Prepare and format legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and trial materials.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all relevant documents are accurately filed and readily accessible.
- Coordinate court filings and manage the firm's calendar for hearings, deadlines, and appointments.

**Client Interaction**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Assist clients in answering inquiries, and providing updates on case status.
- Maintain positive and effective relationships with clients to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the office.

**Dual Lawyer Support**:

- Provide administrative assistance to two lawyers, managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and assisting with document preparation.
- Coordinate communication between lawyers and clients, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a legal secretary, legal assistant, or in a similar role within a law firm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Prior experience in family law litigation is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
