Aecon Technical Solutions Inc. employs highly trained technicians to perform telecommunications infrastructure installations. Whether at residential, retail, commercial, institutional or hospitality environments, ATSI is well-suited to assist clients with their telecom installation needs.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Field Services Sales Lead will liase with the client as well as support Technicians to drive targets by providing metrics, coaching and training.
What You'll Do Here:

- Coach and lead all field performance requirements to meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Conduct field visits and provide one on one coaching and Sales support to Field technicians
- Participate in performance management reviews and provide necessary feedback to strengthen the team’s performance as required
- Collaborate with Learning team to update training material and create new process training courses when needed
- Collaborate with the Field Managers and Supervisors to determine approaches and methods to improve the overall Sales performance.
- Maintain and break down performance data for the team. Collaborate to improve existing reporting/analytics.
- Assist and support the creation of Sales incentive programs
- Identify and clearly communicate opportunity findings and results with stakeholders, team members and project teams for performance improvements.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Sales background, excel with strategizing and meeting targets.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong leadership abilities to support and encourage team members.
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS office and other programs.
