**Trade Systems Coordinator**
**Mississauga, Ontario**

As a Trade Systems Coordinator with Reckitt, you’ll have the freedom to succeed. This is a 12-month contract role and is responsible for management and support of retail sales and merchandising reporting systems, processes and procedures while also supporting retail sales operations.

**You’ll succeed because you’ll**
- Accelerate (Planning/Trade Forecasting Tool) system administrator and Lead
- Monitor and ensure accuracy in the clearing of Health Trade Spend settlements
- Support monthly internal deductions management for Health Business Unit supporting the Sales team within Accelerate
- Support Health Key Account Managers with the creation of invoice payments within Accelerate
- Ensure all promotional activities for the period are captured and accounted for in Accelerate
- Provide business with view of Siebel accruals, open promotion balances, Monthly aging reports
- Support with the gathering of deduction backup for Customer Teams for both Health
- Lead training for KAMs on Accelerate/Internal Sales Site System and ongoing upgrades. Providing feedback to software development team where needed
- Assist Customer Teams/Marketing with the clearance of Marketing deductions in a timely manner
- Create and Maintain the Price List for both Health & Nutrition
- Maintain Health internal sales site which shows all current products as well as new innovation coming
- Work with Health MDM Team to ensure NPDs (new items) and changes to existing items are reflected in GS1 database
- Assist Customer Service Team with the maintenance of Health High Radius deductions, specifically claims pertaining to Tax, Z01, and UE ensuring all claims are cleared in a timely manner
- Liaise with Sales and Health Customer Service teams on any deduction related concerns on deductions within High Radius
- Prepare Tax report for Customer Service Team so taxes on Conditional, Unconditional, Marketing & Other deductions can be written off in a timely manner
- Assist TFM (Trade Fund Manager) with annual Health Budget preparation/quarterly forecasting requirements and Quarterly Trade Scrub Process and month end closes
- Support Mosaic Rep Team by Creating POs in Pharmalink when a request for products is received
- Provide process improvements within areas of responsibility to continue to create process efficiencies
- Perform special projects and information requests as assigned

**Qualifications...**:

- 2 plus years of experience in sales administration, data/systems management or accounting/finance
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales (Customer Teams), marketing and finance
- Experience with Retailer deductions management
- Understanding of basic financial principles and ability to effectively manage budgets
- Creates new and innovative approaches, demonstrates flexibility, open-mindedness and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated strong administrative and organizational skills to ensure that objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems/data gathered from a variety of sources
- Demonstrated intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills, with a focus on building/maintain financial reports
- Proficient user of other Microsoft Suite Programs
- Prior SAP experience is an asset
- Undergraduate degree preferred
