**About Us**:
- Girl in the Garden_ is a boutique landscaping company specializing in high-quality garden maintenance and design. We create and care for beautiful outdoor spaces, and we're looking for a dedicated Part-Time **Garden Maintenance Crew Member** to join our team
**What You’ll Do**:
Perform routine garden maintenance, including weeding, pruning, planting, mulching, and watering.
Use hand tools and light equipment to maintain flower beds, shrubs, and small trees.
Assist with seasonal tasks like leaf cleanup, soil amendments, and fertilization.
Ensure customer properties are kept clean and presentable after each visit.
Work efficiently as part of a small team while following instructions.
**What We’re Looking For**:
✔One plus year experience in landscaping, gardening, nursery or horticulture
is preferred.
✔Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
✔Reliable transportation to job sites.
✔Attention to detail and a passion for plants & outdoor work.
✔Availability on weekdays (with occasional weekend work, if needed).
✨ Competitive pay between $21-26 per hour with room for growth.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
