**Job Summary**

**We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that our food handling and sanitation standards are met. You will be responsible for assisting customers, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.**

**Responsibilities**

**Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.**

**Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions.**

**Prepare and serve food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.**

**Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.**

**Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.**

**Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.**

**Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.**

**Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.**

**Experience**

**Previous experience in the food industry(3 years required)**

**Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.**

**Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.**

**Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.**

**Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.**
