**Position: Cafeteria Cook/Manager**
**Location**: Prince Of Wales Secondary School, Vancouver

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cafeteria Cook/Manager to lead the daily operations of our high school cafeteria. This is a full-time position with shifts from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to approximately 2:00 PM. The cafeteria is closed during winter and spring breaks, as well as for two months in the summer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the cafeteria, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Prepare a variety of food items, including hot breakfasts, baked goods, and lunch entrees.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and health standards.
- Manage cash handling processes, including daily reconciliations and bank deposits.
- Perform weekly inventory checks and place orders to maintain stock levels.
- Conduct monthly inventory counts and submit reports to the head office.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Food Safe Certificate.
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Availability to work all five weekdays.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
