Hair Technician

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and addressing their needs promptly.
- Perform hair extension services while ensuring high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area and workstations to create a welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
- Engage in upselling products and services to enhance the customer experience and promote retail sales.
- Assist in inventory management by keeping track of supplies and reporting any shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive workplace atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hair extensions, hair care and customer service, preferably in a salon or retail environment.
- Experience in lash extensions, manicures, and other esthetics are a bonus.
- Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, understanding of hair growth/hair loss and products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to sanitize work areas efficiently, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
- A genuine passion for creating authentic relationships with clients and making a positive impact on them.
- A drive to learn new services, including esthetics such as lash extensions and new hair extension methods.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
