We are an award-winning brewpub known for crafting bold flavourful ales, high-quality scratch-made food, and amazing service. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who has a passion for craft beer, has experience in building a growing brand, wants to contribute to our fun craft brewpub and are committed in achieving results

Reporting to the Owner and working closely with the various established parts of Indie Alehouse, while contributing new ideas and energy, the Marketing Manager will:

- Create and deliver a marketing plan to support revenue growth.
- Drive Brand communications in various channels.
- Support wholesale (LCBO and Grocery channels) and brewpub channels, (Eataly, Indie Alehouse brewpub) with marketing activations.
- Align various internal voices and partners, keep everyone on track.
- Integrate marketing activities, spend, voice, resources with key release dates, events, actions to amplify results. Measure impact, help scale growth via marketing activations.
- Contribute to - but not be the sole owner of - future marketing plan development work.
- Strong familiarity with and passion for local craft beers
- Strong attention to detail
- High energy and a positive mindset to be able to contribute to a safe and fun team environment that fosters growth and service excellence
- Self-funding and ability to work independently to grow the Marketing aspect to eventually build and lead a Marketing team
- Has experience and secondary skills in the following considered a huge asset: SEO, SEM, Mail Chimp, Shopify and e-commerce, PR, and social channel optimization
