Our company is looking for a receptionist who is reliable, responsible and has the ability to multitask and prioritize, as this position requires answering phone calls, greeting customers as well as many administrative tasks and duties. The person in this position is responsible for for maintaining a professional and positive customer service experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a welcoming environment by greeting visitors in a friendly & inviting way and offering direction to the appropriate departments.
- Efficiently triage and transfer incoming calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries, receiving incoming/forwarding calls in a professional manner, taking and distributing messages in a timely fashion.
- Operate office equipment including photocopiers, fax machines, and computers.
- Management of telephone system
- Entry of accounts payable invoices.
- Review of daily invoices for accuracy and sales reporting.
- Entry of inventory, creating stock numbers and key tags, advising team members of incoming stock.
- Performing basic data entry as required.
- Provides support for teams when necessary.
- Perform other duties as required.

Core Skill & Experience Requirements:

- 1-2 Years previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Superior telephone manners.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with confidence.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to switch tasks effectively while staying organized.
- Ability to work independently and be a strong team player, with a willingness to do anything and everything to get the job done
- Proficient and knowledgeable in computer software programs, specifically MS Office
- Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable considered an asset
- Experience with Lightspeed EVO software considered an asset
- Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases.
- Meticulous records maintenance skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
